The restaurant offers inspired, determined and recreational cuisine. To meet this gastronomic challenge, it is the brilliant Jérôme Schiling who is at the wheel, with an elaborate menu around Sauternes: fermentation, crystallization, poaching, marinated in Sauternes and spices… The Chef’s challenge is to have the result of the vineyard work at Château Lafaurie Peyraguey translated into each plate.
