Apple pie

4 ingredients & a wine glass of Sauternes or Barsac to liven up your dessert.

1 pastry dough

5 good sized apples

50g of sugar

30g of half salted butter

Cut the apples very finely, spread them out layered over the dough and cover with a knob of butter and sugar.
